 - Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding.
 - Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
 - Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
 - Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications.
 - Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as leave management and compliance tracking.
 - Liaise with government entities and external vendors as needed.
 
 - Qualifications:
- UAE National with Family Book
 - 3-5 years of HR administration experience
 - Strong organizational and communication skills
 - Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
 - Familiarity with UAE labor laws and government processes
