Job Title: Heavy Vehicle Driver
Location: Kizad, Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities:
- Assist in loading and offloading cargo into/from vehicles.
- Maintain contact with the Planning office for instructions and updates on delivery status.
- Assist in driving light cargo vehicles as needed.
- Ensure economical fuel consumption.
- Inspect trucks and trailers before and after trips.
- Submit relevant reports, including trip sheets and fuel receipts.
Required Skills:
- Valid UAE driving license for categories 3 and 4.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in driving car carriers, side curtain trailers, flat beds, low beds, side loaders, or other heavy goods vehicles.
- Ability to follow written instructions and documented procedures.
- Willingness to work in a large yard in Kizad, Abu Dhabi.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Heavy-duty vehicle UAE driving license (class category 3 & 4).
- At least 2 years’ experience driving car carriers, flat bed, or low bed trailer trucks.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) and basic Arabic skills are preferred.
