Key responsibilities
- Manage tender preparation, review, pricing, and submission
- Analyze tender documents, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements
- Coordinate with estimation, QS, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams
- Evaluate project costs, subcontractor quotations, and commercial risks
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of competitive technical and commercial proposals
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on tender clarifications and negotiations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in tender management
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with construction industry and contractual processes
