We are currently seeking ambitious, proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven Sales Agents for our company Zurich Wealth Middle East.

The company has a fantastic and driven team, made up of some of the best in the industry with a wealth of experience. We offer a basic salary and commission percentages plus bonus payments.

As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in the client onboarding process.
The successful candidates will be based in Dubai.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
  • Hunt for business opportunities through a high volume of outbound activity in a metric-driven sales process.
  • Being knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business and the market trends
  • Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Solicit sales, provide information about products and services, or handle complaints
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products/ services
  • Negotiating and closing sales and establishing a new customer account


  • A minimum of One (1) year of experience in Sales or Business Development experience
  • Basic knowledge and/or background in Economics/Financial Analysis is an added advantage
  • Self-starter with a sales mentality and the ability to improvise according to the situation.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Ability to use Sales CRM tools
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent Telephone Manner
  • Good team working manner
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Cool tempered and able to handle rejections
  • A high degree of professionalism, with a confident and assertive style

Important note: This business is based on high commissions and incentives mainly
