We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Reports Analyst to join our team in Taif, KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing technical issues and problems, effectively communicating with beneficiaries, and linking them with appropriate technical specialists. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in managing technical communications across various sectors including citizens, employees, and both private and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze technical reports, observations, and suggestions submitted by beneficiaries.
- Serve as a liaison between beneficiaries and technical specialists, ensuring clear communication and efficient resolution of issues.
- Respond promptly to beneficiaries’ technical inquiries and provide effective solutions directly or by coordinating with the appropriate technical teams.
- Utilize Remote Desktop tools to access devices and provide real-time remote support to beneficiaries.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and resolutions to technical issues.
- Assist in the development of technical documents and reports based on beneficiary feedback and identified trends in technical challenges.
- Communicate technical information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in written format, to various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and address recurring technical problems.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and tools relevant to beneficiary needs and technical support.
