- Responsibilities:
- Conduct annual audits and provide guidance on LV technical application systems.
- Perform panel builder visits to assess quality and compliance with assembly standards.
- Organize and track necessary adaptations and improvements.
- Train partners on Standard and Quality processes.
- Evaluate on-site issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
- Support the implementation of manufacturing drawings for external partners.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product line or technical assembly.
- Skills Required:
- Knowledge of IEC LV assembly products and applications.
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Intercultural awareness and effective communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
