About the Team:
- Reporting to the Aftersales Manager and managing a team and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
What equips you for the role:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering.
- IMI LV Master Technician (L3-4) or equivalent.
- High Level Brand Certification Eg: Diagnostic Master, Gold, L3 etc.
- 4-6 years as Light Vehicle Technician – of which at least 2 years as a Diagnostic Technician and some experience as Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
- Basic knowledge of Electric Vehicles.
- Technical skills, customer relationship management skills and user skills in tools and equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Valid UAE drivers license.
