A leading Law firm is actively recruiting a Team Assistant for their Abu Dhabi office.

The successful candidate will support Lawyers and Partners in this office location as a priority; however, will be required to work with the rest of the admin team across other offices in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This is not an EA or PA role.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Front-of-house and facilities support including; answering the phone, greeting clients, taking messages, and assisting with other queries.
  • Organising and scheduling conference calls, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Processing and submitting expense claims.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for employees in the country and new joiners from overseas.
  • Organising and maintaining files of electronic and hard copy documents.
  • Creating, amending, and converting legal documents.
  • Providing assistance with billing.

Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Only Candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in administration, preferably within in a multinational company or a law firm.
  • Intermediate technical skills in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Candidate must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
