Role OverviewThe Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive tax compliance process within the organization. This role ensures that the company adheres to all relevant tax regulations and reporting requirements, including corporate tax, VAT, excise duties, and Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) regulations. Additionally, the Tax Manager will support transfer pricing and assist in legal documentation related to tax matters. The role encompasses tax compliance for UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.Key ResponsibilitiesTax ComplianceCorporate Tax: Ensure accurate and timely filing of corporate tax returns and manage corporate tax compliance processes for UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.Value Added Tax (VAT): Oversee VAT compliance, including preparation and submission of VAT returns, and ensure adherence to VAT regulations in UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.Excise Duties: Manage compliance related to excise duties, ensuring accurate reporting and payment for UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing product registration for excise duty in the UAE, Qatar, and Oman. This involves ensuring that all products subject to excise duty are properly registered and compliant with the respective regulations of each country. The role requires staying updated on the latest excise duty laws and maintaining effective communication with regulatory authorities in these jurisdictions. Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO): Ensure compliance with UBO reporting requirements and maintain appropriate documentation for UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.Transfer PricingSupport the development and implementation of transfer pricing policies and documentation.Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing reports and ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address transfer pricing issues and audits.Legal DocumentationAssist in the preparation and review of legal documents related to tax matters.Ensure all tax-related legal documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Skills
