Job Description
-Oversee the governance and maintenance of all operational records, systems, and technical documentation.
-Ensure system security, data protection, and compliance through risk assessments and security updates.
-Conduct quality controls to maintain service standards. This role also governs Operational Excellence processes and evaluates new technologies for executive use, providing recommendations for deployment. Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous service improvement.
