Key responsibilities
- Handle L1 remote support for tickets, including incident and service requests
- Analyze and resolve tickets involving entry-level and midrange industry-standard router and switches
- Communicate with clients via email, Webex, and phone for incident ticket updates
- Document tickets on NetSuite and escalate to Level 3 support when needed
- Perform on-site support and hardware replacements as required
- Manage warehouse inventory and conduct quarterly stock takes
Requirements
- Entry-level experience in networking support
- Strong knowledge of router and switch hardware and software
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Familiarity with NetSuite CRM
