· Procurement and Supplier Management:

· Inventory Management:

• Implement inventory management systems and best practices to ensure accurate tracking of goods.
• Optimize storage space and inventory turnover.

· Logistics and Distribution:

• Oversee the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers or distribution centers.
