Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials or supplies.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of inventory items.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages or excesses.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements using inventory systems.
  • Issue materials as per requisition and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and prepare reports.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety standards in the storage area.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a storekeeper or inventory role.
  • Familiarity with inventory software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lift and move goods as needed.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards is a plus.
