We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory and oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring stock levels are optimized, and facilitating smooth operations to meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management:
  • Receive, inspect, and store products and supplies.
  • Ensure that inventory is stored safely and in an organized manner.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Track expiry dates for perishable items and ensure they are rotated properly.
  • Stock Replenishment:
  • Place orders for stock and materials as needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Receive and check deliveries, ensuring all items are in good condition and match the purchase order.
  • Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, receipts, and issues.
  • Keep tools in and our register.
  • Prepare inventory reports for management.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly stock reports and audits.
  • Safety and Cleanliness:
  • Ensure the store area is clean, well-organized, and meets safety standards.
  • Handle products with care to prevent damage and ensure proper handling.
  • Customer Service:
  • Assist customers in locating products in the store.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to stock availability and pricing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely availability of products.
  • Stock Control and Loss Prevention:
  • Monitor stock levels and take necessary actions to prevent theft, damage, or misplacement of goods.
  • Implement proper storage practices to maintain product quality and minimize losses.
