Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities
- Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, suppliers, and project teams
- Review drawings and specifications, identify discrepancies, and raise technical queries
- Monitor progress against the programme and report delays or site constraints
- Plan daily manpower, material, and equipment requirements
- Inspect workmanship and coordinate inspections
- Prepare daily reports, site records, quantity measurements, and material requests
- Ensure compliance with approved method statements and health and safety procedures
- Coordinate civil and architectural works with MEP installations
- Follow up on snagging, corrective works, and project handover
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in site engineering, preferably in main contracting
- Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural works
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
