Job Description
PurposeTo plan and coordinate all human resource and administrative activities in the project in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures and the Kuwait Labor Law.Job ResponsibilitiesTo act as the main point of contact for HR and administrative related matters in the project and resolve any issues or concerns as they ariseTo undertake and manage administration activities, which includes data processing activitiesTo work closely with all Human Resources and Administration sections to accomplish tasksTo support recruitment activities by preparing application forms for new project employeesTo register new project employees in the time attendance system, monitor employee attendance regularly and record employee absence and latenessTo prepare requests on behalf of all project employees, such as annual leave request, sick leave etc…To work with site employees to prepare overtime payment lists and then coordinate with the Payroll Section for issuance of paymentsTo coordinate with the Payroll and Personnel Sections for updates related to Employee recordsTo track, follow up and work with the Passport Section for residency/civil ID renewals and local transfersTo prepare reports and provide documentation when requiredTo maintain confidential employee and company informationOther tasks may include, managing petty cash and preparing employee and vehicle permitsAny other tasks as assigned

Qualification and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in any discipline3 to 5 Years of experienceCommunication Skills – Written and OralGood command in Arabic & English languagesExperience working with Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of Kuwait Labor LawExperience using an ERP system preferable SAP and SF cloud system.
