Key responsibilities

- Maintain continuous engagement with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Mid-career experience in medical, healthcare, or nursing field
- Proven sales and customer relationship management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
