Job Description: Contribute to achieving department KPIs, developing operational plans and budgets, implementing policies, and driving process improvements and digitization within the section.Oversee the creation, design, and dissemination of high-quality media and publications, ensure adherence to standards, collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, and monitor media performance to refine strategies.Guide content creation, maintain editorial calendars, foster relationships with stakeholders, and continuously review publication relevance to align with organizational goals.Manage recruitment, training, and performance processes, ensure compliance with health, safety, and information security standards, and address audit findings to mitigate risks effectively.

Open to Emirati nationals40 years old and belowBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fieldPreferably Certified Marketing Management Professional (CMMP), Certified Public Relations Professional (CPRP) or has an equivalent certification. Must have at least 10 years of experience in Media, experience in managing large-scale media campaigns and collaborations with high-profile media agencies in a corporate environment.
