Our client is seeking a Senior HR Recruiter with a minimum of 5 years regional recruiting experience. In this role you will be responsible for the full recruitment process from sourcing to closing, ensuring that communication between all departments and candidates is handled professionally and in a timely manner. An excellent level of written and spoken English and Arabic is required for this corporate office. You must be prepared to relocate to Fujairah.
• Responsible for Recruitment Management, full cycle of recruitment from sourcing to closing
• Work with HR Director to prepare recruitment plans like HR budget, manpower planning, etc.
• Review JDs and agree on recruitment requirements with Heads/HR Team
• Coordinate with Heads to prioritize positions and set a timeline for needed manpower
• Responsible to source CVs and short list candidates
• Coordinate with HR Team to arrange interviews and ensure proper evaluation for candidates
• Work with HR Director on selection process
• Coordinate with HR Team to ensure proper communication with selected candidates
• Work closely with HR Director to review the manpower planning
• Prepare periodic analytical reports concerning employees’ recruitment in the organisation
• Maintain database/records for potential candidates
