Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute financial due diligence engagements from planning to completion.
• Analyze historical financial performance, revenue, profitability, cash flows, and working capital.
• Perform quality of earnings, net debt, and normalised working capital analysis.
• Identify financial, accounting, tax, and commercial risks affecting transaction value.
• Review management forecasts and assess key assumptions' reasonableness.
• Analyze customer concentration, recurring revenue, margins, and key cost drivers.
• Identify non-recurring, related-party, and unusual transactions for normalisation adjustments.
• Prepare detailed financial analysis, schedules, and due diligence reports.
• Present key findings and transaction issues to clients, management, and senior stakeholders.
• Manage junior team members and review their work.
• Liaise with target-company management, auditors, advisers, and other transaction stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Mid-career level
• Proven experience in financial due diligence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in MS Office and financial modeling software
