Key responsibilities
- Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Prepare and review fit-out and joinery shop drawings
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
- Prepare material submittals, RFIs, and technical documents
- Review joinery material and hardware submittals
- Provide technical support to the site team
- Identify and resolve technical issues and site discrepancies
- Coordinate MEP services with architectural and interior fit-out works
- Review site conditions and propose technical solutions
- Inspect fit-out and joinery installations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Dubai/UAE fit-out projects
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field
- Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out, renovation, and joinery
- Good knowledge of architectural finishes and custom furniture works
- Sound knowledge of various joinery materials and finishes
- Must be Arabic speaker
