Key responsibilities

• Daily accounting entries and review, bank reconciliations, and monthly/yearly closings.
• Preparation of financial statements and reports according to Saudi standards.
• Project accounting: tracking solar energy project costs, comparing actual vs. budgeted figures.
• Preparation of VAT, Zakat, and withholding tax certificates, adhering to e-invoicing requirements.
• Management of vendor and customer accounts, collection, and payment tracking.
• ERP system usage and ensuring financial data accuracy.
• Coordinating with external auditors and preparing audit requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 5+ years of proven accounting experience.
• Experience in Zakat and VAT in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in project accounting or contracting.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Excel.
