Key responsibilities
- Manage full accounting cycle under IFRS and UAE standards
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure local and international tax, compliance, and accounting standards adherence
- Conduct cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Supervise audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities
- Implement and enhance internal controls and financial procedures
- Provide financial analysis and reports for strategic planning
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Accountant/Senior Accountant
- Strong technical expertise in accounting standards (IFRS, UAE)
- Hands-on approach and ability to manage full accounting spectrum
- Experience in energy sector or relevant industry
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
