Key responsibilities
- Record accounting entries and daily financial transactions
- Monitor vendor and client accounts, settle balances
- Assist in preparing periodic financial reports
- Review invoices, expenses, and financial documents for accuracy
- Track project-related expenses and receivables
- Assist in monthly closing processes and prepare accounting data
- Organize and store financial records
- Adhere to established accounting and financial policies and procedures
Requirements
- Saudi National
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Accounting or related field
- 6 months to 2 years of practical accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Preferred: Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
- Attention to detail, task organization, and teamwork skills
