Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Technical Expertise:
- Strong SAP ABAP programming skills (Reports, ALV, BADI, BAPI, Enhancements, etc.).
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
- Knowledge of SAP Workflow, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and SAPScript.
- Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools (IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, OData, PI/PO, CPI).
- Proficiency in SAP HANA development and database performance tuning.
✅ Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking:
- Ability to debug and optimize SAP programs.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for system performance and data integrity.
✅ Communication & Collaboration:
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
✅ Preferred Experience:
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector, preferably with Amiantit or similar companies.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA migration and cloud-based SAP solutions.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
