Key responsibilities
- Proven expertise in SF BIB/EC & SAP HCM Payroll (5+ years)
- End-to-end project implementation in hybrid EC & S4 HANA (2+ projects)
- Configuration, implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong ABAP & CPI integration technical skills
- Deep understanding of EC & SAP HCM Payroll configuration
- Hands-on experience with field-level mapping between EC & SAP HCM
- Stakeholder management and communication/documentation skills
- Previous consulting experience, including Saudi Payroll

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
