Role Overview:
The Branch Sales Support Executive is responsible for:

  • Preparing, verifying, and managing deal packs for invoicing and vehicle delivery.
  • Creating and processing financial documentation for bank deals and collaborating with accounting teams.
  • Validating customer documentation for compliance before vehicle delivery.
  • Coordinating sales operations, including demo, display, Goshi, and marketing units.
  • Ensuring the availability, correct display, and accurate specifications of showroom vehicles.
  • Managing aged stock vehicles and supporting physical stock verification at the branch level.
  • Coordinating vehicle sanitation, inspection, damage repair, and timely delivery as per SLAs.
  • Handling demo units, including their registration, de-registration, fueling, and related logistics.
  • Assisting with administrative and ad-hoc sales support activities to ensure smooth branch operations.
