The Branch Sales Support Executive is responsible for:
- Preparing, verifying, and managing deal packs for invoicing and vehicle delivery.
- Creating and processing financial documentation for bank deals and collaborating with accounting teams.
- Validating customer documentation for compliance before vehicle delivery.
- Coordinating sales operations, including demo, display, Goshi, and marketing units.
- Ensuring the availability, correct display, and accurate specifications of showroom vehicles.
- Managing aged stock vehicles and supporting physical stock verification at the branch level.
- Coordinating vehicle sanitation, inspection, damage repair, and timely delivery as per SLAs.
- Handling demo units, including their registration, de-registration, fueling, and related logistics.
- Assisting with administrative and ad-hoc sales support activities to ensure smooth branch operations.
