Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits and cold calls to potential merchants.
- Implement sales strategies, including merchandising and promotional setups.
- Gather competitor intelligence and market feedback.
- Develop customized cooperation plans for clients and address merchant issues.
- Foster long-term business relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
Skills Required:
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of field sales experience in Dubai, preferably in FMCG, electronics, or B2B services.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Resilience under pressure and comfort with outdoor work.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and office software; basic data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s business ecosystems is an advantage.
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
