Position: Salesman – Freight Forwarding

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective customers.
  • Present and negotiate freight and cargo service solutions with clients.
  • Lead customer acquisition efforts to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Collect payments from clients and coordinate with the finance department.
  • Conduct sales activities in wholesale markets to expand reach.
  • Provide updates on shipment arrival status to customers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams in China for consistent customer service.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure seamless service delivery through coordination with internal departments.
  • Offer excellent after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and share sales performance reports and insights with management.
  • Represent the company at logistics exhibitions and industry events.
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and forming partnerships.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales or freight forwarding is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the Middle East cargo and logistics market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
