Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Manage and update customer data in the CRM system, ensuring it is always accurate and up-to-date.
– Coordinate sales and marketing tasks within the team and prioritize them effectively.
– Follow up with existing and new clients, building strong relationships.
– Prepare and analyze sales performance reports to help the team make informed decisions.
– Organize sales team meetings and set monthly goals.
– Optimize internal processes to ensure sales objectives are achieved efficiently.
– Collaborate with other teams like marketing and management to ensure alignment.
Requirements:
– 2 to 4 years of experience in sales operations or coordination.
– Experience in the construction materials sector is a plus but not a requirement.
– Strong communication and organizational skills.
– Experience with CRM systems and business tools.
– Ability to analyze data and prepare clear reports.
-Arabic Speaking is a must with English language
