? Leads/ Prospects:

Lead Generation (Main KPI’s = # Qualitative Leads):

1. Take over one zone and own all leads, recognize the source of the Leads and share info with Top management.2.
Produce new Leads with local action plan/ find brand-new chances:
a.Be present throughout all Facebook neighborhoods linked to their zone to answer and support families’ needs. Actively engage with Families to be viewed as the Expert of Early Age and motivate new list building.
b.Support CD with regional social media pages. if this happens significant effect of brand-new lead generation.c.Lead on Brand Ambassador program; select with the CD; optimize the partnership with each BA (testimonials particularly on FB/Google …); organize party events; share feedback with Top management.d.Manage external events from A to Z and support CDs for internal occasions to ensure success/ household complete satisfaction/ retention.e.Look for B2B, Schools local collaboration, build the proposal and seal the deal with Top management.f.Actively search for company development chances: Nurseries to acquire, new places to look at, nurseries closing down … g.Control business discounts and protect the Revenue by Center.h.List all required Capex boosts by Center and construct the case connected to new lead closing.3. Relate to CDs chances for each class to reach FTE target.4.
Understand and report customer movements/ market information’s, make sure updated competition reports … Consumer Card Excellence (Main KPI’s=# Book a trip & # Tours completed):1.
Take control of all call for the zone.2. Follow on all Digital Leads for the zone.3. Provide the right commercial speech and make some recommendations of development if required.4. Share Families feedback with Top management

Update daily reporting, KPIs September for all the centers, Spadmin then Hubspot 6. Coordinate with CD for Center and classroom optimization 7.
Arrange physical/ virtual Tours with the Families, finish the Tours, present the CDs
and Teachers/ coach them if required, follow up with Parents.? Registrations:(Main KPI’s =#Sales
, #Headcounts #FTE, #Revenue/ Average ):1. Lead on
household registrations, make certain all files are provided and finished(application form/medical form/registration type … )to close the registration.2.

Coordinate with OA for invoicing and guarantee Family payment is done.3. Coordinate with CDs on Child classroom allotment.4. Support CDs for Parents interaction (commercial just).5. Cross sell/ upsell with extra services( more hours, more days+Inspire Me+Body & Mind enrichment program.)Apply Now
