Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to boost export sales and meet growth targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Develop new markets and strengthen our presence in the industry.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns and customer outreach activities.
• Lead, coordinate, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase retention and repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, revenue reports, and business development plans for management review.
• Collaborate with production, planning, finance, and logistics teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the plastic packaging industry.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
