Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in Dubai's interior design & fitout sector
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, corporate clients, and stakeholders
- Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations
- Coordinate with design and project teams to align client requirements
- Monitor industry trends and advise on competitive positioning
- Negotiate commercial terms and maintain accurate records
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking functions
Requirements
- Proven track record handling office fitout, residential, and retail projects in UAE
- Experience in developing new projects pipeline and acquiring projects in a competitive market
- Strong network with architects, consultants, interior designers, and other industry professionals
- Ability to achieve high value commercial and residential projects renovation/redesign/retrofit
