We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supermarket Sales/Merchandiser to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product displays, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and develop merchandising strategies to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales figures, customer feedback, and market trends to anticipate product needs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery schedules.
  • Create attractive product displays and store layouts to maximize customer interest and sales.
  • Monitor stock movement and manage inventory to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
  • Conduct regular audits of store shelves and inventory to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide training and support to sales staff to enhance their merchandising skills.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail merchandising.
