Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic sales executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing strategic sales initiatives, building lasting client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will also handle key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention while collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to provide seamless service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Identify and target potential clients in the events and turnkey interior design sectors.
  • Manage key client accounts, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform improvements in products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance business development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in events or interior design industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction and account management.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to conduct market research and interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
