Key responsibilities

• Contact new and existing customers via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Explain services to customers and answer their queries.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Prepare price quotes and track orders until sale completion.
• Build and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Prepare periodic sales and customer reports.
• Update customer data and track notes and requests.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
• Valid UAE driver's license is an asset.
