Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;Manage and explore current and new accounts in the prescribed area allotted by the manager.Study company targets about sales activities and strive for the continuous implementation of the same.Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.Interact with the customer for product offering, brand awareness on time to time basis by meetings and calls.Leveraging different promotional modes like traditional marketing, social media, email marketing, etc., to advertise the company’s products.

Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.Ability to implement the ‘customer first’ approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.Tremendous enthusiasm to efficiently achieve sales goals under tight deadlines.Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement.Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
