• Negotiate with clients and stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Identify challenges on the spot and propose effective solutions to ensure smooth operations.

1. Follow-Up:

• Conduct regular follow-ups on client requests to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Stay organized by tracking progress and maintaining timelines.

1. Support Operations:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to contribute to key fintech processes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions, updates, and activities in databases.

 

🎓 Who Are We Looking For?

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (candidates with a fintech background will stand out).
• Experience:
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Saudi Nationals are preferred.
