  2. Educating clients on brands quality standards and specifications: A Sales Assistant should be able to educate clients on the quality standards and specifications of the products they are selling. This helps to build trust and confidence in the brand.
  3. Advising customers on product ranges best suited to their needs: A Sales Assistant should be able to advise customers on the product ranges that are best suited to their needs. This involves answering customers’ queries to help them make a decision on the purchase.
  4. Providing information to customers on warranties, features, specifications, maintenance and care of products: A Sales Assistant should be knowledgeable about the products they are selling and be able to provide customers with information on warranties, features, specifications, maintenance, and care of products.
