Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing professional with experience in the construction sector, specifically with civil and MEP contractors. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and payment collection.
Data and Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with civil and MEP contractors to assess their project needs.
- Propose and promote appropriate solutions that align with client requirements.
- Market and sell a variety of construction machinery, tools, and site-related materials, including:
- Concrete vibrators, shafts, trowels, floats, and screeds
- Concrete spacers, binding wires, and steel/wire nails
- Polypropylene sheets, polythene sheets, and other relevant materials
- Utilize an existing client network to bring potential leads to the company.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: research upcoming projects, connect with site supervisors, procurement officers, and purchasing teams, secure orders, and ensure successful delivery and payment follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic sales opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activities, and market insights.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the construction sector in the UAE, particularly with civil and MEP contractors.
- Strong knowledge of construction tools and materials.
- An established network of clients in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A valid UAE Driving License is required.
- Must be available to join immediately.
Salary Package:
