Job Title: Company Formation / Business Setup Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in understanding various business setup options in the UAE (free zone, mainland, offshore).
- Offer expert advice on legal structures, licensing, and government regulations for business incorporation.
- Guide clients through the entire company formation process, from initial consultation to trade license issuance.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to successfully close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing of business setup applications.
- Stay updated on UAE business laws, free zone regulations, and market trends.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by management.
- Present reports of potential prospects to management for informed decision-making.
- Maintain meticulous reports and datasheets on existing and potential sales prospects.
- Enhance company reputation by approaching prospects both in-person and remotely.
- Work with design, development, and executive teams to understand products or services for promotional activities.
Skills:
- Fluency in Arabic, English, and Russian.
- Proven experience in business setup consulting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of UAE free zones, mainland business setup, and company formation procedures.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in the business setup industry.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven capability to achieve targets under pressure.
- Ability to balance client requirements with company terms for optimal profit margins.
