Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional assistance
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Explain product features, prices, promotions, and offers
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Perform upselling and cross-selling
• Process cash, card, and digital payments via POS
• Issue invoices and receipts, assist with returns/exchanges
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness
• Check stock levels and report shortages or damaged products
• Support inventory counting, stock receiving, and daily operations

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in using POS systems
• Familiarity with stock management and inventory processes
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule
