Job Description
• Greet and welcome guests warmly in both English and Arabic as they enter the restaurant
• Manage the reservation and seating process to ensure efficient service flow
• Handle cash counter operations, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and balancing the cash drawer
• Answer phone calls, assist with reservations, and respond to customer inquiries in both English and Arabic
• Support in maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area
• Coordinate with serving staff to manage seating and guest needs efficiently
• Assist with light administrative duties as required
Skills
• Saudi national (Female only)
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in hospitality is a plus
• Strong cash-handling skills with attention to accuracy and detail
• Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, friendly appearance and positive attitude
