Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the café/store, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating deals, maintaining records, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, including stock checks, reordering, and minimizing waste.
- Handle purchasing, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with operational needs.
- Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability, preparing regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards as per Qatar laws and café SOPs.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure all operations comply with local regulations for food and beverage services.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a superior customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Qatar’s food and service industry.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven knowledge of inventory, purchasing, and vendor management.
- Familiarity with Qatar’s health, safety, and food service regulations.
- Preferably female candidates.
- Must be ready to join immediately.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: QAR 5,000 per month.
- Full benefits as per Qatari labor laws.
