Needs
· Fluent in English and also Indigenous Russian Talking or even Native Mandarin Communicating or Indigenous Hindi Talking;

· University level or matching (Service, Finance, Economics or relevant industry);
· Computer system literate– Good knowledge of MS Project, Excel are essential;
