Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience and a diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with a focus on facilities management. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within our facilities management division. This role requires excellent communication skills, a
keen eye for talent, and a foundational understanding of the facilities management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for positions within the facilities management division.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Candidate Management:
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and update them on their application status.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with overall talent acquisition strategies and company policies.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking activities to promote the company and attract talent.
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and facilities management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on facilities management or a related industry.
- Basic understanding of facilities management roles and requirements.
- Proven experience in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring is a plus.
