A reputable media and marketing company in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is seeking a qualified Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the media or marketing industry. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of daily activities, and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Preferred Candidate:
- Prior experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
