Scope of Work: Reception & Telesales
Representing the club and meet and greet potential members to our fitness clubs giving them all the information required. To show them around the facilities.
Answer the telephone and assist the callers with their queries; take and forward messages as necessary
Control entry and exit of members and visitors
Ensure that the Club Rules & Regulations are being followed and report to the Duty Manager when necessary
Help clients filling in the membership/service forms
Accept payment and issue receipts accordingly
Cold calling for new potential clients
Calling and sending WhatsApp for expired or up-coming renewals
Monitoring cleaning staff work, clubs cleanliness, staff duty timings
Monitoring bookings for personal training sessions & swimming lessons
Reporting to Duty Manager any maintenance issues accordingly
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED2,200.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- telemarketer: 2 years (Preferred)
