Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate service reception team for efficient customer handling

- Coach and develop team members to enhance customer-handling skills and meet KPIs
- Maintain HSSE, quality, and presentation standards in the reception area
- Track reception performance and customer satisfaction trends, recommend improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in automotive service reception
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with OEM and company standards, warranty processes
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and job-card management tools
