Key responsibilities
- Welcome and inform customers about our restaurant services.
- Receive daily orders, catering, and event requests.
- Offer suitable packages to customers and manage bookings.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Co-ordinate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate orders.
- Build strong customer relationships and boost sales.
Requirements
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluent in Arabic, English is a plus.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to personal grooming.
- Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia.
